Elin Hart founded Quiet Ground Studio to create a space where yoga supports the body and mind without pressure or intensity. Her teaching focuses on slowing down, moving with awareness, and helping students cultivate a steady, grounded connection to their breath and body.
With extensive experience in slow-flow, restorative, and foundational practices, Elin designs classes that encourage ease, clarity, and mindful presence. Each session provides a calm, supportive environment where students of all levels can explore movement safely, release tension, and build confidence in their practice.
