Elin Hart is the founder and instructor of Quiet Ground Studio.
Her teaching draws on years of practice in slow-flow and restorative yoga, emphasizing clarity, steady pacing, and mindful breath. Elin guides each session with calm, precise instruction, supporting students in moving safely, confidently, and at a comfortable pace.
